Rescheduling Appointments

1. Clients may reschedule once within 7 days from their original appointment. For example, if your original appointment is on a Thursday, you have until next Thursday to reschedule without penalty.

We operate in good faith that clients will book a new appointment closer to their intended date. This ensures your spot is available for clients who are ready to book and helps us maintain a smooth schedule.

5. Rescheduling more than 28 hours in advance (within the 7-day window): No additional fees; deposits transfer to the new appointment if applicable.
